Welcome to the GGI's governance survey service. Through this website we manage the survey tools that we use to help our clients better understand their governance, risk and quality issues.

Our survey services include our 360 survey service for NHS boards. We also provide staff and stakeholder surveys as part of BGAF assessments and preparation for NHS FT authorisation.

GGI use a variety of electronic surveys to help in our governance review work. The following examples relate to our 360 Appraisal, Clinical Governance and Audit surveys, and are intended illustrate the technique only. Please feel free to explore them all. Questions marked with an asterisk are compulsory entry questions. You can 'submit' at the end of each survey, but your responses will not be stored.
